Abstract:

Community-Based Adult Education (CBAE) is a transformative approach to learning that empowers individuals and communities by addressing their unique educational, social, and economic needs. Rooted in the principles of inclusivity and participatory learning, CBAE fosters lifelong learning opportunities for adults who may have been excluded from formal education systems. This article explores the conceptual framework of CBAE, its significance in promoting adult literacy, skill development, and social inclusion, and its role in sustainable community development. By examining real-world examples and best practices, the article highlights how CBAE can bridge educational gaps, enhance employability, and strengthen community resilience. The discussion also addresses challenges and strategies for implementing effective CBAE programs, emphasizing the importance of collaboration among stakeholders, including governments, non-governmental organizations, and local communities. Ultimately, this article underscores the potential of CBAE as a catalyst for individual empowerment and collective progress in an increasingly complex world.
